Returns & Exchanges

We will always stand behind the quality of our hats.  If you ever have an issue that affects quality, we are glad to replace the hat or provide a gift card if the hat isn't available on the site.  

Due to the nature of our product, hygiene comes into play, which is why we generally don't accept returns or exchanges on hats.  Obviously if you have an issue, we will work with you.
