Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can easily get a different hat, a gift card, or a gift card to one of our other websites.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All hats should be shipped back in a box. If a hat is returned damaged, with odor, stains, etc, we will ship it right back to you and charge your original payment method for shipping and a handling fee.

Please do not send back a return without first contacting customer service. We will provide a ticket number so the return can be processed for a gift card or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. They are final sale.

Refunds
We are not set up for refunds at the moment, we are happy to get you another hat or a gift card to the site / one of our other sites.
