Ripstop has long been the go to uniform, gear, and kit fabric as it provides durability with harsh use.  We take that same fabric and make our hats.  We use a lightweight cotton Ripstop to balance durability and comfort.  

You'll find our American Made Range Hats to have a light feel and fit great yet withstand harsh wear whether it be duty, hobby, or just wearing a good looking cap!  

All of our mesh back Range Hats use a knit mesh that offers both a stretch and durability over the plastic you traditionally see.
