Our blank hats are custom built for us by American workers to give you that perfect fit and feel.  This hat is built from black ripstop.  It's a full fabric hat, no mesh.  We use a velcro enclosure because velcro stays closed.  Buckles and snapbacks break. This hat is meant for duty, it needs to function.  Our sweatband is made to allow for the most room in the hat while feeling good on your forehead.

Our American made blank hats are built for LEO, SWAT, SRT, and various other units looking to customize their duty cap.  While most end up embroidering their insignia, some do wear them blank as part of the uniform or daily wear.
